Installation/Service: What You Need to Prepare and Expect
- Secure and cover all furniture and decorative items in the media room.
- Ensure furniture is not blocking the installation area.
- BritePro AV is not liable for any damage to furniture or decor during installation, though we take great care to avoid it.
- Please provide enough paint for touch-ups in case of any scratches during installation.
- For safety, keep the installation area clear and ensure children do not enter the room during the process.
- Equipment boxes belong to the customer and will be stored outside the media room or in a customer preferred location by the Installation team.
- Customers must provide their own streaming device (Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Firestick, etc.) and have it ready for installation. The Installation team will connect the device.
- Customers must provide and set up a media console that can accommodate the AV equipment. The installation team will place the required equipment inside the console. Note: Assembly of the console is not part of the installation.
- Calibration & Handover:
- Calibration will be done on the same day or within 2-3 days.
- The customer’s Wi-Fi password is required for calibration.
- After calibration, the customer should be available for a 10–15-minute demo and handover.
