Warranty Program and Return Policy


WARRANTY PROGRAM

This Warranty, Terms, and Conditions apply to all sales by BitePro. By agreeing to an invoice from BitePro, as a customer you are also agreeing to the Warranty, Terms, and Conditions herein.

Complimentary 30-day free call-out and replacement program

Your system comes with a free 12 month no charge warranty program for workmanship and support from BitePro. All equipment supplied by BitePro comes with the full US manufacturer’s warranty. If your equipment should fail within 30 calendar days of purchase, BitePro will troubleshoot the equipment failure. A replacement unit will be provided to replace the faulty unit. This will be at no charge to you.

Hardware failures after 30 days and less than 12 months

If there is a hardware failure after 30 calendar days, BritePro will troubleshoot the equipment failure at no charge. If the equipment needs to be sent to the manufacturer repair center, BritePro will Uninstall the equipment and provide it to the customer. As the owner of the equipment, the customer will work with the repair center manufacturer’s warranty process to get the equipment repaired. Once the equipment is ready after repair, BritePro will re-install and recalibrate the system free of cost.

 

Service/ Hardware failures after 12 months

Contact us to arrange a standard $99 call-out to troubleshoot the equipment failure. If the equipment needs to be sent to the manufacturer repair center, BritePro will Uninstall the equipment and provide it to the customer. As the owner of the equipment, the customer will work with the repair center manufacturer’s warranty process to get the equipment repaired. Once the equipment is ready after repair, BritePro will re-install and recalibrate the system, a calibration and trip cost will be billed to the customer.

Return Policy

Installation at customer location

Once the equipment is installed at the customer’s location, all sales become final. No exchanges or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

30-day Return for unopened box equipment

Our return policy allows for the return of unopened box equipment within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the packaging remains sealed, you may return the product at our store for a refund or exchange within this specified timeframe.
